Tuition

We believe that no students, regardless of their family's financial situation, will be denied a Catholic education. It is the goal of Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy to work with each family to provide an affordable Catholic education.

The 2012-2013 tuition for a student attending Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy is $6,500. The actual cost for a student attending SJCA is $13,400. All students receive an automatic grant of $6,900 made available through the efforts of the 2nd Century Funds and the Capital Campaign Endowment Fund. No parish contributes money for students attending SJCA.

  • A tuition credit of $1000 will be awarded if registered before April 30. This tuition will be frozen for that student until graduation.
  • A tuition credit of $1000 will be awarded if hosting an exchange student who attends SJCA.
  • Additional tuition credit is available for families who have multiple children from the same family attending SJCA. Tuition for multiple children will be determined on a case by case basis through FACTS application.
  • A tuition credit of $500 will be awarded for each referral that results in a student registration and attendance. Specific guidelines must be met.
  • Tuition for new students entering 2012-2013 will be frozen at this amount until graduation.
  • The tuition fee will be all inclusive (i.e. will include a laptop computer as well as all fees for textbooks, technology, software, library fees, student parking, etc.) The tuition fee does not cover participation in PIAA athletics.
